If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with thisproduct, you may return the remaining unused contents within 60days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price including any taxes.

The original container, with the remaining unused contents, must be accompanied by acopy of the receipt issued through the company’s website or by other acceptable proof ofpurchase, showing that the person returning the product purchased it within 60 days prior to thedate of return. The container and accompanying proof of purchase should be sent to Easy 2Swallow, LLC, 22272 Pepper Road, Unit F., Lake Barrington, Illinois 60010. Once thecompany has confirmed that payment has been received and has not been revoked or contested,refund will be made via the same medium used to pay for the purchase.

All implied warranties, including without limitation implied warranties ofmerchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to a period of 60days from the date of original purchase. Except as stated above, Easy 2 Swallow, LLCspecifically disclaims all express and implied warranties. Some states do not allow limitationson how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
