Before I found out about these easy2swallow vitamins I was going to the Dr to get shots of B-12. I feel like these 500mcg have absorbed in my body efficiently and immediately helped my health. This is only 5 days taking them.

I'm a vegetarian, so it's important for me to get B12 from a supplement. I started taking Easy2SwallowVitamins B12 about a week ago. I can already feel the difference. I have more energy. I have a stronger appetite and I think more clearly.
