Great for sleeping

I have quit drinking alcohol to help me fall asleep. The melatonin combined with the Coenzyme Q10 before bed has really helped me get healthy rest. It's worth a try.

not drowsy in the morning

usually when I take things to help me sleep I'm groggy all day - not with this melatonin. The tiny pills are great because I can just take one or two (a small dose) and not worry about being foggy in the morning.

Impressive Product

I have trouble sleeping through the night, but I don't like taking PM meds like cold medicines that knock me out and make me groggy the next day. I tried the Melatonin, took 2, and slept restfully through the night. I woke up to my alarm clock the next morning feeling better than I have in a long time. Of course, these pills are also small and I had no trouble swallowing two at the same time. Great product and interesting business idea. I will recommend to friends & family.
